What is Dermal Filler?
Dermal filler is a medical aesthetic procedure that uses hyaluronic acid-based gels injected beneath the skin to restore volume loss, fill wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. It requires no surgery and results are visible immediately.

How is Dermal Filler Applied?

Facial Assessment

Preparation
Topical anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area. Modern fillers contain integrated lidocaine, which minimizes pain.
Enjeksiyon
Filler is injected into the designated areas using a fine cannula or needle. Even distribution is ensured through slow and controlled injection. The procedure takes 20–40 minutes.
Result
Results are visible immediately. Mild swelling subsides within 1–2 days. The effect lasts 6–18 months, varying by area and filler type.
Reversible Application
One of the greatest advantages of hyaluronic acid fillers is their reversibility. If the patient is not satisfied with the result, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase enzyme and the original state can be restored. This safety net allows patients to make decisions with confidence.
