What is PRP?
PRP therapy is a regenerative treatment applied by injecting platelet-rich plasma obtained from the patient's own blood into the scalp to revitalize hair follicles and slow hair loss. Platelets accelerate tissue regeneration and repair through the growth factors they contain.
In our PRP therapy treatments performed in Istanbul at Million Hair Clinic, we obtain a high platelet concentration using the double centrifuge method. This allows the preparation of super-concentrated PRP containing 5–8 times more growth factors than standard PRP.

How is PRP Therapy Performed?
PRP therapy at our clinic is applied in sterile conditions with advanced centrifuge technology.
Blood Draw
10–20 ml of blood is drawn from the arm. The procedure is similar to a standard blood draw and takes a few minutes.
Centrifuge Process
The collected blood is processed in special tubes using the double centrifuge method. Platelet-rich plasma is separated.
Enjeksiyon
The obtained PRP is applied through micro-injections to areas of hair loss using fine needles. The procedure takes 20–30 minutes.
Results and Follow-up
3–4 sessions at 4-week intervals are recommended. Results are then maintained with maintenance sessions every 6 months. Initial results are visible within 2–3 months.
